behind the bite
I can't tell you my name. What I can tell you is that while you're reading this, I'm probably in a meeting making a decision that affects thousands of nurses.
That's not a flex. That's just Tuesday.
Nurse Executive. Four degrees. Years spent between the bedside, the boardroom, and every floor, unit, and hallway in between. I've built teams, shaped policy, mentored careers, and hold the kind of institutional knowledge that only comes from actually doing the work. All of it, at every level.
The title has evolved. The heart never wavered. I unapologetically refuse to wear anything in a hospital other than scrubs. Patient's room or boardroom. Hand me anything, I can do it. Except babies, no babies.
nursebite is what I know. Distilled, sharpened, and served in bites small enough to fit your life. The real conversations. The insider perspective. The preparation that turns a good nurse into an unstoppable one.
Stick around. You'll see I know what I'm talking about.
I'm in your corner. Always. 🫦

Learn It
Knowledge is power, and you deserve all of it.
Own It
Your career, your trajectory, Â your terms.
Lead It
Nursing's future depends on nurses who step up.
why nursebite
nursebite exists to give every nurse and every future nurse the knowledge, confidence, and tools to own their career, grow into their leadership potential, and actually change what nursing looks like for the next generation.
It is a space where the real answers live, your nursing soul is nourished, the hard questions are welcome, and nobody is gatekeeping your growth. A space that honors why you chose this profession and fuels you to keep going (or begin!).
This is also a community. A space where nurses show up for each other and for patients who depend on them, invest in themselves without apology, and build a profession that just keeps getting stronger. One bite at a time.
